Judgement (noun)

Meaning – the ability to make considered decisions or come to a sensible conclusion

Example of using it in a sentence: "Nicola made an error of judgement.”

Synonyms: discernment, shrewdness, common sense, perception, wisdom, understanding, intelligence reason and logic.

It also meanings – a misfortune or calamity viewed as a divine punishment

Example of using it in a sentence: "The flood is a judgement upon us because of our wicked ways!”

Synonyms: punishment, retribution and penalty
